Wonderful Experience, Top Notch These guys know what's up period. My wife and I have purchased two bikes from Spitzies in the last month, we couldn't be more pleased and frankly we will be back. Our salesperson Andreas Costa is as knowledgeable as it gets, he makes the process of buying a bike simple and isn't afraid to not only go over each bike you look at with great detail, this guy will move 50 bikes out if that is what it takes to make sure you find the 1 you want, the one that fits you personally. The entire team is helpful and friendly, I highly recommend.

The whole team at Spitzies was awesome and made the process go very smooth. I told them the types of riding I was into and what bikes I was considering and they weren’t pushy and didn’t try to upsell me. They treat you like family and salesman Dave Herrmann is a great guy to do business with. I had two trade ins and they picked up those bikes and delivered my new low rider ST. Even the delivery driver from Spitzies was a great guy and he explained a lot of things about the bike. Definitely would recommend Spitzies for your next HD purchase.

I can’t say enough good things about Spitzies. The staff is awesome and they build relationships they don’t just provide services. I travel an hour ten out of my way to go here when there’s another Harley 6 miles from my house. That’s how great they are. They’ve earned my trust and that, especially when it comes to pricing, mechanics and bike safety, is the most you can ask for in a motorcycle shop. Highly recommend for sales and service.

Horrible experience. Steve should learn some customer service and Jarrod should learn how to answer and return phone calls. I had my fairing painted there but it looks like complete garbage and they refuse to do anything about it after multiple attempts. It was Aaron at Castor Customs that they sent to have paint it and apparently he doesn't care about the quality that he sends out. The paint has holes in it and feels like sandpaper. This isn't the only time I've had a problem there either.

Rider-friendly and transparent business. It will take a lot for me to do business at another shop. As a new female rider, I have been met with plenty of different attitudes when it comes to me and my own bike. I have never been met with any animosity, let alone any negative demeanor at all from any of the staff I have worked with. I've bought two bikes and was never "in the dark" about any of the purchase process or any of the work I wanted done. John, Dom, Gabe, Krysta, Susan, and Steve are fantastic. They have always been able to answer my questions, lend advice, and share in some great banter while I shop. The motorclothes department always has a wide selection of women's and menswear as well as a great selection of helmets, boots, eyewear, and gloves. Dave and the guys in the parts department have been knowledgeable and helpful as well. They helped me choose new slip-ons and also found the style taillight relocation kit that I really wanted. The guys in the garage are great too. I have trekked back to see my bike as well as take part in some of the events and everyone was great when there were questions about work being done or really anything bike-related. They have seen it all. I will also say that the guy that picked up my sporty from my house when I traded it in was also awesome. I was a couple minutes late and he was super patient. That doesn't happen often and I was very thankful for that. Spitzie's also holds excellent events in the warmer months with food, music, and of course, bikes. I've been to a lot of them and it's always been a great time. If you're looking for a great Harley shop with amazing staff, look no further than Spitzie's.

The Quality of Service was excellent. I've been in the service business for 45 years. These guys are top notch. I sending all my biking buddies there, and will definitely do business with them again. A true example of how Quality and Service should be. Joe and the team were great to work with and instantly made me feel like family. Made me a lifetime member of their team.

I made an appointment with Steve Smith’s sales team and they treated me like family from the minute go. They walked me through the various motorcycle models I was considering and the inventory they had as well. I ordered my ‘23 Road Glide Anniversary edition, with a simple deposit and then the wait began. I only had to wait two months before my bike arrived. I’m the mean time I had started to consider a second bike purchase as well. Once my original deal was done for the Road Glide - my eyes were drawn to a ‘23 Fat Boy. They assisted me greatly in making the second deal happen as well.
